If you are going to be successful in taking English to the next level – you can NEVER GIVE UP!
You have to persevere. Always learn something new. Never give up.
Never give up!
Chistopher Columbus never gave up,
Benjamin Franklin never gave up,
Abraham Lincoln never gave up,
Thomas Edison never gave up,
Your President Lula never gave up,
Oliver Twiddledee…
You don’t know who Oliver Twiddledee is?
He gave up! :)
So to finish off today, here’s a speech given to students at Harrow School in 1942 by the great orator, statesman, and United Kingdom Prime Minister Winston Churchill.
